Blair Franklin

The firm principal, Blair Franklin, has worked in central city law firms for over 20 years, including five as a partner. He was particularly grateful to his previous firm of 16 years for instilling in him a desire for quality and knowledge.

We aim to primarily deliver excellence in relation to property transactions. A quirky story: in medieval times, under the feudal land system, a Franklin was a landowner who had acquired a free land title (in contrast to those who had to work the land in bondage to the nobility.) Stemming from this, the main type of property holding in NZ is known as freehold, and the word frank means to be open, honest & direct.

We love assisting people to gain a form of freedom (financial and social) through buying and selling property.
